This case came before the Tribunal by way of an employee’s appeals against the decisions of the Rights Commissioner in respect of ref: r-117801-ud-11/RG, r-117798-pw-11/RG, r-117803-te-11/RG.
The decision of the Tribunal was as follows:
Determination:
As the appellant did not attend the hearing to give sworn evidence in respect of his appeals under the Unfair Dismissals Acts 1977 to 2007, the Payment of Wages Act, 1991 and the Terms of Employment (Information) Act, 1994 and 2001, the appeals fail for want of prosecution. The Rights Commissioners two recommendations and decision are affirmed.
