Background:

This case came before the Tribunal where the appellant was seeking implementation of the Rights Commissioner recommendation under the Unfair Dismissals Acts, 1977 to 2007, reference r-112768-ud-11/TB.

Determination:

As there was no attendance by or on behalf of the appellant or respondent at the hearing on 15 January 2014 the appeal for implementation under the Unfair Dismissals Acts, 1977 to 2007 fails for want of prosecution.

The Tribunal notes that the name of the respondent cited on the T1D form to implement this appeal is Employer. However the name of the respondent cited on the Rights Commissioner’s Decision is Employer.
