The Tribunal is satisfied that the claimant was properly on notice of the hearing. He communicated neither with the Tribunal nor the respondent prior to his non-appearance at the hearing.
Accordingly the claims under the Unfair Dismissals Acts 1977 to 2007 and the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997, are dismissed for want of prosecution.
