Claimant : Ms Iwona Rozek, Tallaght Enterprise Centre, Main Road,
Tallaght, Dublin 24
Respondent: REP
The determination of the Tribunal was as follows:
This Order should be read in conjunction with UD1178/2012.
Determination
The claim under the Unfair Dismissals Acts, 1997 to 2007 has been determined under UD1178/2012. Accordingly the claim UD 676/2012 is deemed to be withdrawn.
It was common case between the parties that the claimant was unfairly dismissed and a determination to that effect has already been made under UD1178/2012. It therefore follows that the appeal under the Redundancy Payments Acts, 1967 to 2007 is no longer valid and must be dismissed.
Having heard and considered the evidence under the Minimum Notice and Terms of Employment Acts, 1973 to 2005 the Tribunal awards the claimant €726.60 the equivalent of two weeks’ wages.
Sealed with the Seal of the
Employment Appeals Tribunal
