The Tribunal are satisfied that the respondent is properly on notice of this hearing. Neither they nor a representative on their behalf attended the hearing. Based on the uncontested evidence of the appellant the Tribunal find that the appeal under the Redundancy Payments Acts, 1967 to 2007 succeeds and awards the appellant a redundancy lump sum based on the following criteria;

Date of Commencement 04 October 2002
Date of Termination 30 April 2012
Gross weekly pay €403.13
This award is made subject to the appellant been in insurable employment under the Social Welfare Acts during the relevant period.
