Having heard and considered this case the Tribunal is satisfied that the respondent by way of redundancy terminated the appellant’s employment. Accordingly, the appeal under the Redundancy Payments Acts, 1967 to 2007 succeeds and the appellant is awarded a statutory lump sum under the above Acts, and based on the following:

Gross Weekly Wage: €733.11
