The decision of the Tribunal was as follows:
Determination:
The Tribunal has carefully considered the evidence and submissions adduced by both parties in this case. The appellant stated that he had been working for the respondent on a three day week when he was informed not to come to work as another man was taking over his duties. The respondent agreed to this statement.
As it is therefore the agreed case the position the appellant had been employed has not been made redundant there was no redundancy situation and therefore his appeal under the Redundancy Payments Acts, 1967 to 2007 is dismissed.
