The determination of the Tribunal was as follows:-
The claims under the Redundancy Payments Acts were withdrawn on the first day of the hearing.
Determination:
All nine named claimants did not attend the hearing on the 4th June 2013 and their representative could not give evidence on their behalf.
Accordingly, the claims under the Unfair Dismissals Acts, 1977 to 2007, the Minimum Notice and Terms of Employment Acts, 1973 to 2005 and the Organisation of Working Time Act, 1997 fail for want of prosecution.
