The determination of the Tribunal was as follows:

At the outset the appeal under the Redundancy Payments Acts, 1967 to 2007 was withdrawn.
Based on the uncontroverted evidence of the appellant the Tribunal is satisfied that the appellant worked for the respondent from 1981 until 17 November 2012 and awards €1,920-00, being eight weeks’ pay under the Minimum Notice and Terms of Employment Acts, 1973 to 2005.
The Tribunal further awards €883-20 under the Organisation of Working Time Act, 1997.
