Determination
The appellant commenced employment as a cleaner with the respondent on the 19 April 2007 and continued in employment until the 28 November 2012. She stated that the respondent was then given five hours to leave the premises and the gas and electricity were switched off. She did not receive a redundancy payment and she was owed two weeks holiday pay.
On the uncontroverted evidence of the appellant The Tribunal finds that she is entitled to a redundancy lump sum payment under the Redundancy Payments Acts 1967 to 2007 based on the following criteria:-

Date employment commenced 19 April 2007
Date employment ceased 28 November 2012
Gross weekly pay €336.00
This award is made subject to the appellant having been in insurable employment under the Social Welfare Acts during the relevant period.
The appellant is entitled to two weeks holiday pay in the amount of €672.00 under the Organisation of Working Time Act, 1997.
