The respondent’s representative told the Tribunal that dates and figures had been agreed with all the appellants with regard to amounts due. Based on the uncontested evidence the Tribunal makes the following awards:

The appeal under the Minimum Notice and Terms of Employment Acts, 1973 to 2005 is allowed and the appellant is awarded the sum of €576 being 4 weeks gross pay and €510 under the Organisation of Working Time Act.
