Determination:
The Tribunal is satisfied that the respondent was duly notified of the hearing. Neither the respondent nor a representative on their behalf appeared at the hearing.
Based on the uncontested evidence of the appellant, the Tribunal finds that he is entitled to a redundancy payment under the Redundancy Payments Acts, 1967 to 2007 based on the following criteria:

Date of Commencement: 6th September 2008
Date of Termination: 24th January 2013
Gross Weekly Wage: €446.81
This award is made subject to the appellant having been in employment, which is insurable for all purposes under the Social Welfare Consolidation Act, 2005.
