This case came before the Tribunal by way of appeals by an employee against the recommendations and decision of the Rights Commissioner reference numbers r-113244-ud-11/JC , r-113243-pw-11/JC and r-113242-te-11/JC.
Determination
The Tribunal is satisfied that the appellant and his representative were properly on notice of the Hearing. Neither attended the Hearing.
Accordingly the appeals under the Unfair Dismissals Acts 1977 to 2007, under the Payment of Wages Act 1991 and under the Terms of Employment Information) Act 1994 are struck out and the recommendations and the decision of the Rights Commissioner are upheld.
