1. Complaint that Rights Commissioner's Decision r-135130-wt-13 has not been Implemented.
BACKGROUND:
2. The Worker appealed the Rights Commissioner's Decision to the Labour Court on 23rd January, 2014. A Labour Court Hearing took place on 25th February 2014. The following is the Labour Court's Determination:
DETERMINATION:
A complaint having been received under Section 28(8) of the Organisation of working Time Act 1997 by Patricia Kelly, Meadow View, Ballybrone, Turloghmore, Co Galway that her former employer Eurotech Signs Limited, Deerpark Industrial Estate, Dranmore, Co. Galway, failed to implement a decision of a Rights Commissioner r-135130-wt-13
And the said decision not having been carried out by the employer, and no appeal having been brought against the said decision within the time limit for such appeal,
The Court hereby determines that the said employer pay to the said employee €2,500 in accordance with the decision of the Rights Commissioner.
