under

I certify that the Tribunal
(Division of Tribunal)
Chairman: Ms. P. McGrath BL
Members: Mr. D. Moore
Mr. S. Mackell
heard this appeal at Dublin on 7th February 2014
Representation:
Appellant(s) : Not Present or Represented
Respondent(s) : Not Present or Represented
The determination of the Tribunal was as follows:-
Background:
This case came before the Tribunal where the appellant was seeking implementation of the Rights Commissioner recommendations under Terms of Employment (Information) Act, 1994 and 2001, reference r- 123182-te-12/RG, r-123189-te-12/RG.
Determination:
The Tribunal was satisfied that all parties were duly notified of the time, date and location of this hearing. The appellant, her representative and the respondent did not attend the hearing.
The secretary contacted the appellant’s representative who informed her that he had informed the appellant that he could not attend the hearing but that she should.
As the appellant did not attend the hearing her claim to implement the Rights Commissioners Recommendation under the Unfair Dismissals Act, 1977 to 2007 fails for want of prosecution.
