The determination of the Tribunal was as follows:
Determination:
On the first day of hearing the claims under theUnfair Dismissals Acts, 1977 to 2007, the Minimum Notice and Terms of Employment Acts, 1973 to 2005 and the Organisation of Working Time Act, 1997 were withdrawn.
Being satisfied that the respondent was properly on notice of the hearing and based on the uncontroverted evidence of the claimant, the Tribunal is satisfied that the claimant was dismissed and further that she was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a lump sum payment under the Redundancy Payments Acts, 1967 to 2007 in accordance with the following criteria:
