The decision of the Tribunal was as follows:-
The appellant claimed that her employment, which commenced on 30 April 2007, ended by reason of redundancy on 6 January 2013. Her gross weekly pay was assessed at €303.00 on the basis of documentation available to and calculation made by the Tribunal.
A hearing notice was sent to the respondent principal and company address but no evidence was offered by or for either named respondent at the hearing.
Determination:
Under the Redundancy Payments Acts, 1967 to 2007, the Tribunal finds that the appellant is entitled to a redundancy lump sum based on the following details:
Date of commencement: 30 April 2007
Date of termination: 06 January 2013
Gross weekly pay: €303.00
This award is made subject to the appellant having been in insurable employment under the Social Welfare Acts during the relevant period.
