The decision of the Tribunal was as follows:

Determination:

Based on the uncontested evidence of the appellant, the Tribunal find that the appeal under the Redundancy Payments Acts 1967 to 2007 succeeds and makes an award based on the following criteria;

Loss having been established the Tribunal awards the sum of € 808.84, this being four weeks gross wages, under the Minimum Notice and Terms of Employment Acts, 1973 to 2005.

These awards are made subject to the appellant fulfilling current Social Welfare requirements in relation to PRSI contributions.
