The decision of the Tribunal was as follows:

This case came before the Tribunal where the appellant was seeking implementation of the recommendation of the Rights Commissioner under the Terms of Employment (Information) Acts, 1994 and 2001 reference r-123123-te-12/DI.

The Tribunal, being satisfied that the recommendation of the Rights Commissioner has not been carried out, the time for bringing an appeal having expired and no such appeal having been brought, makes a determination to the like effect as the recommendation and awards €1,000.00 under theTerms of Employment (Information) Acts, 1994 to 2001.
