1. Complaint that Rights Commissioner's Decision R-128289-MW-12/GC has not been complied with or fully complied with by the Employer.
BACKGROUND:
2. The Worker referred her case to the Labour Court in accordance withSection 31(1) of the National Minimum Wage Act 2000 on the 20th August, 2014.
DETERMINATION:
A complaint having been received under Section 31(1) of the National Minimum Wage Act 2000 by Grazyna Szeterlak 1, The Comeragh, Waterford Road, Clonmel, Co Tipperary that her former employer, Befani's Limited, 6 Sarsfield Street, Clonmel, Co Tipperary, failed to implement a decision of a Rights CommissionerR-128289-MW-12/GC
And the said decision not having been carried out by the employer, and no appeal having been brought against the said decision within the time limit for such appeal,
The Court hereby determines that the said employer pay to the said employee €1,200 in accordance with the decision of the Rights Commissioner.
