Respondent: In Person
The decision of the Tribunal was as follows:-
Determination:
Based on the sworn evidence adduced by both parties the Tribunal is satisfied that a redundancy situation existed in this case. The Tribunal finds that the appellant is entitled to a redundancy payment under the Redundancy Payments Acts, 1967 to 2007 based on the following information:
Date of Birth:
Date of Commencement: 19 November 2009
Date of Termination: 26 July 2013

This award is subject to the appellant having been in employment, which is insurable for all purposes under the Social Welfare Consolidation Act 2005.
NB: It should be noted that the appellant has already received a redundancy payment of €1,403.86 and this should be taken into account when the payment is being calculated.
