The decision of the Tribunal was as follows:-
The appellant agreed with the respondent that he had an employment with the respondent which commenced on 13 July 2003 and ended by reason of redundancy on 9 August 2012 after which he had been ill. His gross weekly pay was €390.00.
BM (managing director of the respondent) did not dispute the above details.
Determination:
Under the Redundancy Payments Acts, 1967 to 2007, the Tribunal finds that the appellant is entitled to a redundancy lump sum based on the following details:

Gross weekly pay: €390.00
