The appellant claimed that his employment, which commenced on 10 February 1994, ended by reason of redundancy on 24 May 2013. His gross weekly pay was €484.43.
No evidence was offered by or behalf of the respondent to disprove the appellant’s entitlement to an award from the Tribunal.
Determination:
Under the Redundancy Payments Acts, 1967 to 2007, the Tribunal finds that the appellant is entitled to a redundancy lump sum based on the following details:
