The decision of the Tribunal was as follows:-
Determination:
Based on the sworn evidence of the appellant the Tribunal is satisfied that a redundancy situation existed in this case. The Tribunal finds that the appellant is entitled to a redundancy payment under the Redundancy Payments Acts, 1967 to 2007 based on the following information:

Date of Commencement: 22 June 2009
Date of Termination: 4 July 2013
Gross Weekly Wage: €353.78
This award is subject to the appellant having been in employment, which is insurable for all purposes under the Social Welfare Consolidation Act 2005.
The Tribunal awards the sum of €990.58, this being ten days annual leave and four bank holidays, under the Organisation of Working Time Act, 1991.
