Determination
The claimant gave evidence of an altercation in the respondent’s office, whereby the claimant was asked to leave. There was no evidence of any disciplinary procedures on the part of the respondent company and on that basis the Tribunal is satisfied that the claimant was unfairly dismissed.
Accordingly, the Tribunal awards the claimant €16,647 under the Unfair Dismissals Acts, 1977 to 2007.
