This case came before the Tribunal where the appellant was seeking implementation of the decision of the Rights Commissioner under the Terms of employment (Information) Acts 1994 and 2001 (ref: r-096867-te-09/JT).

Determination

The Tribunal is satisfied that notices of hearing were properly served in this case. The Tribunal, being satisfied that the decision of the Rights Commissioner has not been carried out, the time for bringing an appeal having expired and no such appeal having been brought, makes a determination to the like effect as the decision and awards the sum of €1,200.00 under the Terms of Employment (Information) Acts, 1994 and 2001.
