There was no appearance or representation for the first named respondent. The Tribunal are satisfied that proper notification was sent to the first named respondent.
The Tribunal heard uncontested evidence. Accordingly the Tribunal finds that the claimant was unfairly dismissed by the first named respondent and awards the claimant the sum of €863.36 under the Unfair Dismissals Acts, 1977 to 2007.
The claim under the Minimum Notice and Terms of Employment Acts 1973 to 2005 succeeds and the Tribunal awards the claimant the sum of €215.84, against the first named respondent under that Act.
