Determination:

It was common case that the appellant was made redundant in February 2010 and that the company went into liquidation on 6^th April 2010. However an appeal was first lodged with the Tribunal on 30^th July 2013 which is beyond the optimum period of time allowed under the Acts and therefore the Tribunal must refuse jurisdiction to hear this case.
