The Tribunal determines that the claim under the Redundancy Payments Acts, 1967 To 2007 succeeds and awards the Claimant a redundancy lump sum based on the following information:

Date of notice: 19th April 2012
Date of cessation: 30th May 2012
Gross weekly pay: €1,375.77
Note: A gross weekly ceiling of €600.00, applies to payments from the Social Insurance Fund.
This award is made subject to the appellant having been in insurable employment under the Social Welfare Acts during the relevant period.
