Having heard the evidence that notice was served and counter notice was served the Tribunal is satisfied that the machinery of the Act was triggered, and a redundancy situation existed. Accordingly, the appellant is entitled to payment under the Redundancy Payments Acts, 1967 to 2007, based on the following information:
