The determination of the Tribunal is as follows:
Determination
The Tribunal accepts the appellant’s uncontested evidence that her employment ended by reason of redundancy when the respondent’s business closed down. Accordingly the Tribunal awards the appellant a redundancy lump sum under the Redundancy Payments Acts, 1967 to 2007 based on the following information:
Date employment began: 10 December 2007
Date employment ended: 08 April 2013
Gross Weekly Pay: €130.00
This award is made subject to the appellant having been in insurable employment under the Social Welfare Acts during the relevant period.
