1. Alleged non-implementation of Rights Commissioner's Decision r-141671-wt-14.
BACKGROUND:
2. The Worker referred her case to the Labour Court on the 18th November, 2014, in accordance with Section 28(8) of the Organisation of Working Time Act, 1997.
DETERMINATION:
A complaint having been received under Section 28(8) of the Organisation of Working Time, 1997 by Mary Rose Byrne that her former employer Michael McKeown t/a Premium Cleaning Services, 43 Canal Walk, Park West, Dublin 12, failed to implement Rights Commissioner's Decision r-141671-wt-14/EH.
And the said decision not having been carried out by the employer, and no appeal having been brought against the said decision within the time limit for such appeal,
The Court hereby determines that the said employer pay to the said employee €702.50 in accordance with the decision of the Rights Commissioner.
