The Tribunal is satisfied that the respondent was properly put on notice of this case. Based on the uncontested evidence of the claimant the Tribunal find that he was dismissed without notice on the 25^th of February 2013 after working for the respondent from the 1^st of March 2012.   The Tribunal find that the claim succeeds and awards the claimant €140.00 being the equivalent to one week’s pay in lieu of notice.
