Determination

The claimant accepted that he was employed by respondent No 3 which was dissolved on 15 January 2014. Accordingly as the company is not a legal entity the Tribunal finds that it has no jurisdiction to hear the claim against respondent No 3.

The Tribunal, being satisfied that respondents No 1 and 2 were not the claimant’s employer dismisses the claims against the said respondents.
