The Tribunal is satisfied that the respondent was properly put on notice of this hearing. Based on the uncontested evidence of the appellant, the Tribunal find that the appellant was dismissed by way of redundancy and award a redundancy lump sum based on the following;

Gross Weekly Pay: €410.00
This award is made subject to the appellant being in insurable employment throughout the period.
