The liquidators for the respondent company wrote to the Tribunal before the Hearing saying that they did not propose to defend this claim.

Based on the claimant’s uncontested evidence the Tribunal finds that she was unfairly dismissed. Her claim under the Unfair Dismissals Acts 1997 to 2007 succeeds and she is awarded the sum of €23, 322.00.
