1. Complaint that Rights Commissioner's Decision R-138698-WT-13/JOC has not been implemented.
BACKGROUND:
2. The Worker referred her case to the Labour Court in accordance with Section 28(8) of the Organisation of Working Time Act, 1997. The following is the Determination of the Court:
DETERMINATION:
A complaint having been received under Section 28(8) of the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997 by Ms Breda Crawford, 2 Seamount Park, Malahide, Co Dublin that Quick Bites Ltd t/a Dublin Dial-A-Cab, The Diamond, Malahide, Co Dublin failed to implement a Decision of a Rights Commissioner-R-138698-WT-13/JOCand the said Decision not having been carried out by the Employer, andan appeal against the said decision having been brought and subsequently withdrawn, the Court hereby determines that the said Employer pay to the said Employee €3, 485.60 in accordance with the Decision of the Rights Commissioner.
