Determination
The claims under the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997, and the Minimum Notice and Terms of Employment Acts 1973 to 2005 were withdrawn by the appellant at the hearing.
The Tribunal is satisfied based on the uncontested evidence of the appellant that he was dismissed by reason of redundancy. Accordingly the Tribunal awards the appellant a lump sum payment under the Redundancy Payments Acts 1967 to 2007 based on the following information:
Service from: 6 March 2009 to 30 October 2014
Normal weekly remuneration: €346.00
Non-reckonable service: Nil
This award is subject to the appellant having been in employment which is insurable for all purposes under the Social Welfare Consolidation Act 2005.
