Determination:

This Order corrects the original Order dated 5 May 2015 and should be read in conjunction with that Order. The original Order erroneously cited the figure of fifteen thousand euro. This figure is hereby corrected below to four thousand euro.

Given that it was not established to the Tribunal that Rights Commissioner Recommendation r-132809 under the Unfair Dismissals Acts, 1977 to 2007, by which the appellant was awarded the sum of €4,000.00 excluding (in addition to) any redundancy payment already made had been implemented or appealed, the Tribunal makes a determination to the like effect and awards the appellant the sum of €4,000.00, excluding (i.e. in addition to) any redundancy payment already made, under the Unfair Dismissals Acts, 1977 to 2007.
