This case came before the Tribunal by way of an employee appealing the decision of a Rights Commissioner under the Payment of Wages Act, 1991, ref: r-132558-pw-13/DI.
The decision of the Tribunal was as follows:-
There was no appearance by the appellant. The appellant’s representative attended the hearing and stated that the appellant had moved to Australia and he had not been instructed further in the matter.
Accordingly the Tribunal dismisses the appeal for want of prosecution.
