The decision of the Tribunal was as follows:

A Bulgarian and a Turkish translator were present for this hearing.  It was accepted by the respondent that he did not pay the claimant in lieu of notice.  Accordingly the Tribunal finds that based on the claimant’s service she is entitled to the sum of €410.87 (being the equivalent of one week’s gross pay) under the Minimum Notice and Terms of Employment Acts, 1973 to 2005.
