Determination

The claimant worked for the respondent from the 25^th of November 2004 to the 29^th of September 2013. The respondent conceded that the claimant is entitled to and did not receive her minimum notice entitlement.  

The Tribunal award the claimant €1,800.00 being the equivalent to 4 weeks’ pay in lieu of notice under the Minimum Notice and Terms of Employment Acts, 1973 to 2005.
