Based on additional documentary evidence submitted since the date of the hearing, the Tribunal is satisfied that the appellant did not in fact commence new employment until 10^th February 2014.  The Tribunal issues this correcting order to amend the sum of minimum notice awarded to six weeks’ gross pay under the Minimum Notice and Terms of Employment Acts, 1973 to 2005.
