There was no appearance by or on behalf of the respondent. The Tribunal is satisfied that the respondent was properly notified of the hearing.

Based on the appellant’s uncontested evidence the Tribunal finds that he is entitled to a redundancy lump sum under the Redundancy Payments Acts, 1967 to 2007 based on the following criteria:

Date of Commencement:       12^th April 2007

Date of Termination:              1^st March 2013

Gross Weekly Wage:             €520.00

This award is subject to the appellant having been in insurable employment, which is insurable for all purposes under the Social Welfare Consolidation Act 2005.
