Based on the uncontested evidence of the Claimant the Tribunal determines that the claim under the Redundancy Payments Acts, 1967 To 2007, succeeds.  Accordingly the Claimant is awarded a lump sum payment based on the following information:

Date of termination:               04^th October 2013

Gross weekly pay:                  €352.00

This award is made subject to the appellant having been in insurable employment under the Social Welfare Acts during the relevant period.
