This case came before the Tribunal where the appellant was seeking implementation of the decision of the Rights Commissioner under the Terms of employment (Information) Acts 1994 and 2001 (ref: r-141454-te-14/MMG).

Determination

The Tribunal considered the appellant’s request but as the Rights Commissioner made no award under the Terms of Employment (Information) Acts, 1994 and 2001, the Tribunal have no jurisdiction to implement it.
