The claimant commenced employment with the respondent on 8^th August 2013 and her employment terminated on 6^th December 2013.

As the claimant has less than 12 months service with the respondent as required by section 2 (i) of the Unfair Dismissals Acts 1977 to 2007 and as she does not come within the statutory exceptions to this requirement the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear this claim under the Unfair Dismissals Acts, 1977 to 2007.
