This case came before the Tribunal by way of an employer appeal of the Rights Commissioner Decision ref: r-138469-pw-13 and r-131466-te-13, r-131473-te-13, r-131484-te-13. This determination should be read in conjunction with UD1519.13.
The question of Minimum Notice is determined in UD1519.13, therefore the appeal of r-138469-pw-13 is dismissed.
The Tribunal affirm the Rights Commissioner decision ref:r-131466-te-13, r-131473-te-13, r-131484-te-13 and award the employee €200.00 in compensation under the Terms of Employment (Information) Act 1994 to 2012.
