Based on uncontested evidence of appellant no. 1, the Tribunal finds that he is entitled to a redundancy payment under the Redundancy Payments Acts, 1967 to 2007 based on the following criteria:
Date of Commencement: 01 December 2003
Date of Termination: 28th January 2014
Gross Weekly Wage: €183.00
This award is subject to appellant no. 1 having been in employment, which is insurable for all purposes under the Social Welfare Consolidation Act, 2005.
Appellant No. 2
Based on uncontested evidence of appellant no. 2, the Tribunal finds that he is entitled to a redundancy payment under the Redundancy Payments Acts, 1967 to 2007 based on the following criteria:
Date of Commencement: 01 December 2003
Date of Termination: 28th January 2014
Gross Weekly Wage: €193.56
This award is subject to appellant no. 2 having been in employment, which is insurable for all purposes under the Social Welfare Consolidation Act, 2005.

Based on uncontested evidence of appellant no. 3, the Tribunal finds that he is entitled to a redundancy payment under the Redundancy Payments Acts, 1967 to 2007 based on the following criteria:
