heard this claim at Dublin on 23rd September 2015
Representation:

Respondent: Mr. Dermot Murphy BL instructed by:
Brian Gallagher, Gallagher Shatter Solicitors, 4 Upper Ely Place, Dublin 2
The decision of the Tribunal was as follows:-
Determination:
The Tribunal is satisfied that the claimant was properly notified of the date, time and location of the hearing of this matter. Neither he nor a representative on his behalf attended on the day. Having waiting a period of 15 minutes after the scheduled commencement time allotted for this hearing, the Tribunal commenced hearing this matter at 2.45p.m.
The respondent’s representative requested the claim be struck out. Accordingly, the Tribunal determines the appeal under the Minimum Notice and Terms of Employment Acts 1977 to 2007 fails for want of prosecution.
